    Assignment Description
Pineapple Travel Agency (PTA) has offices in Melbourne and Sydney. They specialise in individual travel
itineraries for their clients. A new client, Ada Lovelace, has asked the local agency to plan a trip for her that
will cover all continents (except Antarctica). Ada plans to spend approximately $29,000 to $31,000 on airfares
accommodation and spending money and has given the agency a list of cities she wishes to visit. She has told
the company that she will be spending $60 per day.
Using the spreadsheet (ALItinerary.xlsx) perform the following tasks:
    ORIGINAL QUOTE
    1. Sort the spreadsheet in continents and then cities
    2. Using “absolute formulas” linked to cell G1 fill in the daily spending money for each city (Column D).
    3. Using formulas calculate how much per day Ada will have to spend in each city (Column E).
    4. Using formulas calculate the total Ada will spend in each city (Column G)
    5. Using a formula calculate the total amount Ada will spend on her holiday (the airfare is $7,500)
    6. Format the spreadsheet so on the monetary values have $
    7. Rename the sheet 1 “Original Quote”
    REVISED QUOTE
    1. Add a new sheet to the worksheet and rename it “Revised Quote”
    2. Copy the original details to this sheet.
    3. PTA will advise Ada that her expectation of spending $60 a day in all cities is not realistic. They will
    suggest the following:
    Spending Money per day
    Continent  Per Day
    Africa  $ 8 0 .00
    Asia  $ 7 0 .00
    Europe  $ 120.00
    North America  $ 100.00
    Oceania  $ 110.00
    South America  $ 6 0 .00
    •  Create this table in the worksheet
    •  Using the information in the above table and either a LOOKUP or IF function allocate the new “Per
Day” spending amount to each city.
    4. Using formulas answer the questions in the “Questions” sheet.
