BMA799 Strategic Management Capstone assignment 代写
Task Description: |
The capstone assessment task for this unit will be a detailed strategic analysis of a case study organisation. For this assessment task you will be required to critically evaluate the strategic environment (both internal and external) facing the live case organisation, and propose a set of future strategies for the organisation. You will be expected to make extensive use of the theories and models of strategic management, and your future strategies must be clearly justified. This capstone assessment task has been broken down into two parts. Part A will be a written report for the organisation. Part B will be a presentation, which will include a brief summary of the written report, and responses to questions on your strategies. For online/distance students you will do a presentation via electronic media. Details will be posted in week 3 on MYLO. |
