The purpose of this report is to explain this theory through a physical sample. This report selects Nike as the analysis sample because it is awarded top one innovation organization in the world. This report picked two featured Nike products, fly knit and fuel band. By reviewing how these products are developed, how Nike plant their innovative concept into these two products, and how Nike do the design and market work for them, plus the introduction of the innovative idea in logistic, distribution and regulating manufacturing, the report get a conclusion that innovation business model is a systemically project that involved all business activities and departments. 
     
    The business model is a kind of representation of how an organization makes money, in another word, is the way of an organization creates, delivers and retains its value. Normally, this model can be described with nine elements called ‘business model canvas’ including customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationship, revenue streams, key resources, key partners and costs (Corporate printing solutions, 2013). Nowadays, it is widely recognized that innovation business model is powerful and important from below two tables from one of the IBM CEO report (Tim K. 2013).
     
    This report would choose Nike Inc as the sample to analyze business model innovation because this is the number one most innovative company of 2013 by Fast Company (Tim K, 2013). There are two key products contributed this award and caused business model innovation. The first innovative product is the Fuel-Band. This is a smart electronic bracelet to measure users' own movement throughout the day. Another innovation is the Fly-knit Racer, which is only 7.7 Oz weight shoes that feel more like a sock. Fly-knit is treated as innovative product not only because its technology to make lighter shoes, but also because it bring a new manufacturing process that can be more environmentally friendly and could reduce production costs in long term view (Austin Carr, 2013). From the analysis of these two key products and other Nike’s innovative elements, it can give the reader a view of innovation business model.
