This paper is designed to provide students with a conceptual and practical understanding of
human and organisational behaviour theoretical frameworks. This will allow students to analyse,

behaviour. A particular emphasis is placed on students being able to understand, reflect and
modify their own behaviour in response to others in a diverse organisational and cultural context.
    Learning Outcomes
On completion of this paper, successful students will be able to:
    1. Explain the dynamics of organisational and human behaviour from a culturally diverse
    perspective.
    2. Critically evaluate and reflect on their own behavioural effectiveness based on a
conceptual understanding of human and organisational theoretical frameworks.
    3. Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and behavioural techniques in group settings.
    4. Research, analyse and reflect upon contemporary theories from organisational and human
behavioural perspectives and relate them to their own personal practical applications.

Paper Changes in Response to Previous Student Feedback
While in general previous student feedback was positive there were some helpful recommendations that
we have taken on board. The following changes have been made to the paper accordingly:
?  The reduction of assessments from 4 to 3
?  The introduction of group work that creates opportunity for more interpersonal skills development
?  The removal of the exam and the introduction of portfolio based assessment
