1. Introduction:
Start with introduction which includes a list of the topic you will do a literature review on, what your hypotheses are from these topics that you are starting out with (what you think is true about the topics).

(E.gAfter studying the literature on outsourcing for IT services, there are a lot of issues in quality of customer service and product quality when it comes to some of the outsourcing IT service providers.)
